Films of the Marriage of Figaro
What do you do when you have spleen, a bad mood or life just seems gray and monotonous? And if the window is a gloomy sky, overcast, snowstorm or tiresome rain in the morning? I would like to climb onto the sofa with my legs, wrap myself up more comfortably, and … follow the advice of Alexander Sergeyevich: As black thoughts come to you, Uncork the champagne bottle. Or scrolls “The Marriage of Figaro.” Champagne can be excluded, but “Crazy Day or The Marriage of Figaro” can be not only counted, but also watched! The best time for this is right now, because January 24 marks the 290th anniversary of the birth of the author of the immortal comedy, Pierre-Augustin Caron de Beaumarchais.
Pierre-Augustin, the son of watchmakers, a master who possessed not only excellent hearing, but also oratorical skills can be reckoned not only cheerful, but also extremely resourceful. Judge for yourself: having chosen the field of his father at first, thanks to his many talents, Beaumarchais was able not only to be accepted in high society, but also to the court of King Louis XV, where he taught his daughters to play the harp, twice married rich widows and made friendship with a banker, who brought he is in considerable condition. Finding himself in Spain on the business of his sister, who was in an unpleasant situation, he managed to win the sympathies of the ministers, the king and the whole court there. And when Beaumarchais got involved in a lawsuit for the banker’s inheritance, here all his talents developed in all their splendor. Did he write the image of Figaro with himself?

Better judge for yourself – the curtain is already opening! Own impression is the most correct.
It would be surprising if, among other productions, Crazy Day or The Marriage of Figaro would not be selected for the musical! After all, there is everything here – great music, funny jokes, dances. In the early days of the New 2004, the premiere of the musical comedy, Russian-Ukrainian production directed by Semyon Gorov. In the performance of the best entertainers, comedy found a different sound, acquired entertainment and a special charm. And the performers themselves look different, not like we are used to, especially lively and even eccentric: Boris Khvoshnyansky, Sofia Rotaru, Lolita Milyavskaya, Philip Kirkorov, Anastasia Stotskaya, Ani Lorak, Vladimir Goryansky, Vitaliy Linetsky, Boris Moiseev, Alexey Vertinsky, Nikolai Gusev, Andrey Danilko.
